These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "GTC") govern the terms and conditions of use of the website accessible at https://www.sloww-paris.com/en/ (hereinafter the "Website") published by CENTAURE LIVE[1] (hereinafter the "Company"). A User is any person browsing the Website.

Article 1: Acceptance and modification of the Terms and Conditions

Use of the Site is subject to these Terms of Use. By using the Site, each User acknowledges and accepts these Terms of Use without reservation.

The Terms and Conditions may be modified by the Company at any time to reflect changes to the Site and applicable regulations. The new version of the Terms and Conditions will be made available on the Site.

Users are encouraged to consult them regularly.

5.1.1. The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

● Content that could be considered, or constitute incitement to: the commission of crimes or offenses, discrimination, hatred or violence, particularly on the grounds of race, ethnicity or nationality, the glorification of Nazism, the denial of the existence of crimes against humanity, contempt of court, defamation, slander, denigration, invasion of privacy, or acts endangering minors; content intended to display prohibited objects or works; defamatory, vulgar, abusive, violent or illegal messages; messages about tobacco and alcohol; content containing personal contact information and details allowing precise geographic location (telephone number, address, etc.); messages inciting the use of prohibited substances or suicide; messages enabling third parties to directly or indirectly obtain pirated software, software serial numbers, or software enabling hacking and intrusion into computer and telecommunications systems, viruses and other logic bombs and in general any tool or software, messages that infringe on the rights of others and the safety of persons and property in violation of the privacy of correspondence, this list not being exhaustive;
● a negative or discriminatory connotation (for example, a pseudonym: anti-“X”), a political, religious, fascist, xenophobic, racist, sectarian or similar character, insults, threats, or advertisements.

5.1.6. The User agrees to respect the integrity of the Site. They are prohibited from hindering or disrupting the operation of the Site, from fraudulently modifying, altering or deleting content accessible via the Site, and from fraudulently introducing data onto the Site.

5.2. Company Commitment

Article 9: Applicable Law, Jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

9.2. All disputes arising from the application of these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably beforehand shall be submitted, notwithstanding multiple defendants and/or third-party claims, even for emergency or interim proceedings by summary application or petition:

● for disputes with one or more individuals, to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts;
● for disputes between professionals, the courts of the district in which the Company has its registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
