The company CENTAURE LIVE pays particular attention to the protection of personal data.
This is an essential condition of the relationship of trust that CENTAURE LIVE wishes to establish with all those who entrust it with their personal data.

1. What data is collected?
Depending on how you interact with the Company and the purpose of that interaction, the Company may collect the following Data:
● Data relating to your identity: this Data includes in particular your name, your first name, your email address, your postal address or your telephone number and your profile (candidate, visitor, exhibitor…).
● Order data: This data refers to all the information necessary for the fulfillment and completion of your order, including information relating to the bank card used (cardholder's name, card number, expiry date, etc.), order details, order date, and communications with the customer service department. In any event, payment data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations and security standards.

2. How is your data collected?
2.1. Depending on how you interact with the Company, the latter may collect your Data in accordance with the terms described below.
2.2. The company collects your Data directly from you when you fill out a contact or registration form, place an order or contact the Company (for example by sending an email).
2.3. The Company indirectly collects your Data when you browse the Sites through cookies and tags under the conditions defined above. Your Data is subject to automated processing implemented by the Company for the various purposes described below, both in the context of your use of the Sites and your participation in events organized by the Company or whose organization has been entrusted to it.
Your data is processed to manage your requests and to contact you.
● If you are a customer, based on the execution of the contract concluded with the Company (general conditions of pre-registration, general conditions of sale Ticketing or general conditions of participation), your Data is processed to manage your requests for participation and orders and to organize your participation and visits to the events that we organize or whose organization has been entrusted to us.
With a view to continuously improving the events it organizes, your Data is also processed by the Company to send you post-event surveys and analyze their results.
● If you are a professional customer or prospect, or if you have already participated in the event to which the news and commercial information relates, the Company, based on its legitimate interest in promoting the events it organizes, will send you its news and commercial information through all channels.
● If you are a non-professional prospect and have not participated in one of our events, the Company may send you, through all channels, its news and commercial information if you have consented to this.
Based on your consent, the Company may also send you, through any channel, news and commercial information concerning events organized by other entities or partner services.
4. Who are your data intended for?
4.1. Your Data is processed by the Company's internal teams. In addition, only authorized service providers and their limited personnel are permitted to access your Data, and this is in accordance with the specific services entrusted to them and which they must perform exclusively on behalf of the Company in strict compliance with obligations, particularly regarding security and confidentiality.

7. How long do we keep your data?
7.1. The Company retains your Data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Beyond that period, your Data may be archived to comply with the legal obligations to which the Company is subject or deleted.
7.2. Data enabling proof of a right or contract, or retained for compliance with a legal obligation by the Company, is archived in accordance with applicable regulations.
7.3. The Company takes into account the seasonality of the events it organizes. Accordingly, you will find below the retention periods defined according to the type of event considered.
Quarterly, semi-annual, or annual events = 5 years from the post-event survey or the last contact initiated by the client.
Biennial and triennial events = 3 sessions from the post-event survey or the last contact initiated by the client.
8. Data Transfer
For the hosting and processing of your Data, the Company prioritizes resources located within the territory of the European Union. If a transfer of Data to a country outside the European Union were nevertheless to be considered, the Company would provide you with specific information.
